REST TIME

Make sure that you find some way to take time for YOURSELF, particularly when your body begins to tell you that it is feeling run-down, tired, and especially when you are sick. (Many of us are guilty of waiting until THAT point, before we, reluctantly, give ourselves permission to rest.)

Your body needs rest in order to recover. It doesn't matter what you've got going on, rally your support and set your boundaries to allow for as little as 5-10 minutes each day for YOU-time.
