We can often find ourselves in a situation or time when we feel stressed, overwhelmed, out of control, agitated, or just out of sorts. We may be having ongoing challenges with emotional regulation or chronic health conditions that contribute to poor emotional regulation. It is in those times when we may need some tools to deal with those moments. Here is one exercise by Re-Origin that may be helpful.
