The word BEMER stands for Bio-Electro-Magnetic-Energy-Regulation. BEMER is an FDA approved Physical Vascular Therapy device that utilizes a patented signal, carried by PEMF (Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field) to improve microcirculation, promoting blood flow in the smallest blood vessels. This improves the performance of the body's cells, which in turn favors the body's own self-healing mechanisms. BEMER’s effects have been studied since 1998 by organizations such as the International Prevention Organization and Institute for Microcirculation in Berlin, Germany.
There have been many write-ups in multiple publications about BEMER therapy worldwide, and several scientific studies listed in PubMed. It holds several awards such as the Red Dot Design Award, German Design Award, Science Award, and more. BEMER has been in partnership with FC Schalke, one of the highest ranking Soccer Leagues, and has been used by many professional athletes and athletic organizations, including the Swiss Olympic Team. BEMER has designed applicators to help both humans and animals, and has widely been used in the Equestrian world, as well as by Veterinarians and pet owners.
NASA and BEMER have signed a cooperation agreement that governs the joint development of a prototype of a space suit, which improves microcirculation while preventing bone and muscle atrophy during space missions. It should also assist recuperation after space travel.
BEMER enhances:
General blood flow
Nutrient and Oxygen supply
Metabolic waste disposal
Cardiac function
Physical fitness, endurance, strength and energy
Concentration, mental acuity, stress reduction and relaxation
Sleep management
Injury recovery
BEMER is safe to use with:
Pacemakers
Pregnancy
Implanted devices such stimulators and pumps
Should not be used with:
Organ transplants
Immunosuppressive drugs

Can it be used for plaque buildup in heart arteries?
Our locally owned pharmacy has a Bemer and I am able to pay to use -a monthly subscription. I have seen huge improvement in hands which seemed to be getting stiff, perhaps early arthritis from so much keyboard use at work. Little fingers were barely moving. Now seem normal. The first two sessions resulted in a lot of itchiness in legs where I was healing from an animal attack. I highly recommend Bemer and my goal is to buy one for home.
I was trying to find out if Bemer was safe during pregnancy, but I am finding conflicting information. Can you help, please? Thank you
