This video is wonderful as it simply demonstrates the lymphatic drainage system, in an easy to understand by most way.

🩵 Brief Overview of the Lymphatic System

The lymphatic system is a vital part of the body’s immune and detoxification network. It consists of lymph nodes, vessels, and organs like the spleen and thymus, working together to remove waste, toxins, and excess fluids from tissues. Unlike the circulatory system, it doesn’t have a pump—movement and muscle contractions help lymph fluid flow. When the lymphatic system becomes sluggish or blocked, it can lead to swelling, inflammation, immune issues, and chronic fatigue.

Supporting lymphatic flow through massage therapy, microcurrent therapy, movement, vibration, hydration, and detox practices is essential for maintaining overall health, reducing inflammation, and improving recovery from illness or surgery. Enjoy.
